Professional summary

Laboratory leadership, clinical depth and systems thinking.

I am a Lab Manager and Laboratory Supervisor in Dubai with more than eight years of progressive experience across accredited clinical laboratories in the UAE.

My background spans molecular diagnostics, microbiology, hematology, biochemistry, immunology and serology, together with laboratory setup, instrument validation, quality management, infection control, inventory oversight, staff development and supplier coordination. I have contributed to DOH, JCI and ISO 15189 accreditation programmes and understand how to translate regulatory requirements into practical daily workflows.

What distinguishes my work is the combination of clinical leadership and digital product thinking. I identify operational gaps, map the real process behind them and develop usable systems for quality, SOP governance, inventory, expiry control, workforce planning and management reporting. This allows an organization to gain safer processes, clearer accountability, stronger audit readiness and better operational decisions from one professional perspective.

Capabilities

Clinical depth.
Systems clarity.

Most laboratory professionals know the bench. Most software builders do not know a laboratory. I understand both.

Laboratory & Molecular Diagnostics

PCR, RT-PCR, nested PCR, hematology, biochemistry, immunology, serology, microbiology, instrument and reagent validation, troubleshooting, and laboratory commissioning.

How I work

From operational problem to working system.

01

Live the problem first

Understand which workarounds are critical before replacing them.

02

Ground the design in the standard

Use applicable clauses and policies with transparent professional judgment.

03

Build the working screens

Real data structures, constraint logic, and complete workflows—not decorative mockups.

04

Say what is proven and what is not

Separate verified evidence from modeled impact and future measurement needs.

“The best systems do more than organize work—they make the right action easier to see.”

Consulting

Operational problems,
made workable.

For clinics, laboratories, and pharmacy operations that need a problem turned into a working tool—not just a report.

01

Laboratory & clinical workflow assessment

02

Quality & CAPA system design

03

Inventory & expiry-control systems (FEFO-based)

04
